PROBLEM STATEMENT

There are several platforms such as mighty network, hiveapp and, tribes.com that provides this solutions. However, these platforms do not support community hosts transaction payments from Africans

Existing platforms do not support engagement features for members as it suppose to in real life.
GOAL / SOLUTION
To build a community application that allows community hosts to receive payments from Africans and practically
engaging their members.
THE PROCESS
The design strategy ensures that the product serves the value and need for the user. The process was a user-centered process. The product centers around the needs of the user to help achieve their goals.

Collation of all requirements and understanding the user business needs and goals.

Ideating, wire framing for a holistic user product.

Designing of a holistic product style guide and hi-fidelity prototype for usable code implementation.

Organising and handing over all necessary assets for holistic product development.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENT
I started by collating together the provided product documents, including the user research, observations and findings, and research insights.

BACKGROUND
Bankole Dimeji is an Entrepreneur. He lives in Lagos, Nigeria. He's single and earn a revenue of N8,550,000 every year. He's into selling of digital products, software solutions e.t.c
GOALS & NEEDS
As an entrepreneur, Bankole is looking out for a platform with a flexible and subsidise amount to help detail and market and sell his products. Being a digital product, he needs to reach out to many customers as possible and at the same time find the right plan. Bankole wants to customise and control easily with less stress effort.
DEMOGRAPHY
Age : 35
Occupation: Entrepreneur
Status: Single
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Yearly Revenue: N8,550,000.00
PAIN POINTS
Showcasing and advertising products to different people at the same time with different needs is stressful and time consuming. He would prefer to do it in a less stressful way. Besides, he still needs to reach out to people, as much as possible.

CHALLENGES & CONCLUSION
While testing the prototype, the stakeholders rejected some screens, which I had a redesign to meet the company goals and the user’s intended need. Presentations and demo of the holistic application was done a couple of times for proper understanding while implementing.

CONCLUSION
